I lost a bit of inspiration for AR once I realised that few people took the time to review and I thought that meant that they did not care. The review alerts kept dropping in but sadly they don’t feel as important. Of course I’m mainly writing this fic because I enjoy it! I like writing it, I like the idea for it and I personally think it’s pretty good. But when you don’t get that response from anyone else it’s easy to stop caring about it.

But then, today, this wonderful review dropped in from madness comes to all and it just made my weak! She really gave me the inspiration to start writing again.

So today I’ve written 1066 words, which is a whole scene, and I’m just itching to keep writing!

I’ve been a bit crappy when it comes to writing the last few days but today I sat down and started on chapter eight. I’ve got almost 800 words written so far but sadly I have to stop for a few hours. My cousins daughter is having a birthday party (she’s turning one) so I’ll have to go over there. I’m in a bit of a bad mood because of that, not because I don’t want to go but because I really was in a writing mood. That’s why I usually write at night, nothing to bother me then!

“Dean Winchester, Sam‘s much hotter brother. Where’d you learn to fight like that?” he asked not being subtle at all with the way his eyes raked over Harry’s body.

Harry looked Dean dead in the eye. “I had a bully problem back in England.”

Dean looked skeptical. “Bullies? You learned to fight like that because of a bully problem?”

Harry’s lips quirked up in a small smile. “Right buggers, they were.”

A Different Kind Of Hero - Branwen777

I’ve been away over the weekend (Thursday-Sunday) because of work and because of that I haven’t had that much time to write. Well, I wrote almost half a chapter on Thursday evening but the other nights I’ve been too tired. But I haven’t lost inspiration for the story and I’m looking forward to sitting down later tonight and keep writing.

I have also decided that I will update the story as soon as the next chapter is finished. After that I will either update every time a new chapter is finished or if I finish too fast I will wait about three days. If I ever suffer from writers block you can at least find relief in the fact that I have a few more chapters finished and will be able to update even if I can’t write for a little while.

Why yes, I do totally rock. Thank you for noticing!

When I wrote yesterday I had four and a half chapter written for Addictive Release and I managed to finish the rest of chapter five during the evening. Today I have written half of chapter six. I’m on a roll people!

And I’m so happy with myself too because chapter six is really more of a filler – important but still a filler – without much of a dialogue so I thought it would be really hard to write but it isn’t. The trouble is more in limiting what I write because there are so many opportunities to spin of the plot-line I have set and write things that shouldn’t come up yet. I thought one of the most important things I had planned on writing in this chapter would come up after just a few hundred words but now I’ve written a thousand and I’m not even close to it.

Yes, I really do rock!
